The pop-up series is all about pushing the limits of sours and elevating highballs, and this edition comes with a twist — the bartenders are swapping spots behind the stick. Ausar, (@rhumdiary) who wowed with his sours last time, will be stirring up highballs, while Daniel (@dameroon) takes over the tart-and-tangy side of things.

The first installment popped off at @joe_and_veras , the newest darling of Savannah’s cocktail scene. The vibes? Intimate yet buzzing, with smooth tunes and a crowd that felt equal parts industry insiders, adventurous tourists, and freshly minted locals. Everyone leaned in, raised a glass, and made it clear that Sour Balls isn’t just a one-night fling — it’s the start of something worth following.
